Purpose of Job

Serves as a critical link between technical solutions and customer needs, driving business growth, fostering client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the organization in competitive markets

Responsibilities

  • Promotes and sells company’s electrical products for projects; mainly Wiring Devices, Cables, Cable Trays, Circuit Breakers, Bus Duct…etc.
  • Identifies potential projects through direct contacts with consultants and contractors as well as from different sources of information (market data, professional bulletins & magazines…etc.)
  • Networks / establishes relations with appropriate contacts that would help market research (completion, price levels, marketing plan input…), information gathering, offering/bidding, follow-up… etc.
  • Prepares offers in coordination with Sales and Product Manager.
  • Follows-up with appropriate contacts (technical and commercial) on submitted offers to secure a positive closing.
  • Drafts / Initiates relative purchase orders
  • Creates and Prices of New Items in coordination with Product Manager
  • Supervises invoicing, delivery to site, testing, and commissioning.
  • Follows‐up on customers’ accounts and ensures that payment schedule is well executed and / or credit terms are well respected.·
  • Identifies product development needs and suggests new products within the existing product line.
  • Coordinates with Suppliers in sending RFQs, special prices request etc...
  • Monitors and suggests price positioning in markets.
  • Plans, prescribes and follows-up on registering products with end users/ consultants.
  • Promotes the image of the company by demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and technical knowledge, and upholds the high standards of the company.
  • Manages stocks and ensure that they are maintained at optimal levels according to sales volumes by using Stock Keeping Unit (SKU)
  • Creates and set price of new items on ERP System.
  • Monitors Gazzaoui’ s performance and positioning in available markets.
  • Provides market feedback through surveys regarding market volume, brand share, customer needs, customer satisfaction, pricing, and competition.
  • Searches for adequate promotional and marketing activities in coordination with the Unit manager.

Requirements

  • AutoCAD + Microsoft Windows, Office Outlook is preferred
  • Excellent command of English, Arabic is an Asset
  • Excellent communication skills and client’s relationships
  • Knowledge of utilizing Project Management
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to have a strong impact and influence key decisions.
  • Ability to review technical drawings and projects scope of work

Job Experience

  • Minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience of sales experience preferably in GCC countries

Education

  • Electrical Engineer Degree or equivalent
